I worked pretty quick on this one for some reason. I don't think I'm a fan of what I have going on in the background. So I guess I'll still be working on it. I've got other things to do though, so I can set it aside for a day or two.

Why don't you try a gradient of some kind? Or add more of a shadow behind the figure...
