Sometimes its good to change up your style in order to get more comfortable with a character design. Can you guess what all of these are based on?

I started this project with some silhouettes, then worked up to some personality sketches. The design wasn't futuristic enough so I had to change it a bit.
Once I settled on a mood for him, I played around with color schemes.
I tried to convey different textures on his suit in the final render.
I already worked on a couple of environment ideas, and now I'm in the process of making him a hover bike.

It's been a while. I've been busy looking for a job and whatnot. I'm back on the blogging wagon though, and I'm gonna see if I can't be a little better about posting.

I'm gonna be doing a lot of work on my portfolio over the summer so I'll try to keep everyone updated on whats going on.
